Information we hold

Populus stores the account details, professional profile information, documents and application records you provide, together with technical records needed to operate the service.

We do not request government identity numbers, biometric data or dates of birth during ordinary jobseeker registration.

How information is used

Profile information is used to operate your account, display your profile according to your privacy settings, and deliver applications you choose to submit.

Application data is shared with the employer who owns the vacancy you applied to, as a snapshot taken at the moment of submission.

Your controls

You can edit or delete profile information, replace or remove your CV, withdraw applications, change visibility and discovery settings, and request deletion of your account.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security or audit purposes; retention periods must be confirmed during legal review.

International transfers

The platform is intended to serve users in many jurisdictions. A lawful transfer mechanism must be documented before launch in each market.

Contact

Questions about personal data can be submitted through the report and contact channels once a privacy contact is confirmed.
